You receive written confirmation of scope and price before booking. Payment secures the appointment; there is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
When a separate quote is needed
A quote may be appropriate for several connected agreements, extensive bonus or share documentation, cross-border employment terms, a long chronology, or a follow-up document review after the employer changes its offer. We identify the additional work before starting it.
The fees do not cover court filing, representation, employer correspondence, settlement negotiation, certified translation, tax calculations, or work by an external lawyer. If your deadline makes a consultation impractical, we will recommend immediate legal representation rather than accept a fee for work that cannot help in time.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Appointments can usually be moved without charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Later cancellations and work already completed are handled under our refund policy. Questions about scope can be raised before booking through the contact form.
