Data we process and why
When you use the enquiry form, we receive your name, email, selected consultation, message, and technical delivery data. We process these details to answer pre-contract questions and arrange requested services under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Consultation records may include employment documents and notes you choose to provide. They are used to perform the agreement and, where applicable, establish or defend legal claims.
We process billing records to meet German tax and accounting duties under Article 6(1)(c). Essential preference storage supports website operation and consent records. Optional analytics, if introduced, will operate only with consent under Article 6(1)(a); you may withdraw consent prospectively at any time.
Do not send special-category data unless we specifically request it and explain the basis. The public form is not intended for medical records, identity documents, or bank details.
Recipients and processors
Access is limited to staff and service providers who need the data for hosting, secure communications, appointment delivery, accounting, or professional support. Providers act under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms. We disclose information to courts or authorities where legally required, and to an external professional only with a valid basis.
Retention
Unbooked enquiry data is normally deleted within six months after the last contact. Consultation files are generally retained for three years after the end of the engagement unless a longer limitation period, dispute, or legal duty requires retention. Invoices and tax records are retained for statutory periods. Consent records remain only as long as needed to demonstrate and respect the choice.
International transfers
We prefer processing in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we use an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as European Commission standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary measures where required. Details are available on request.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to a data-protection supervisory authority; in North Rhine-Westphalia this is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Security and updates
