Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to use of byte-pilotcore.digital and to consultations supplied by Byte Pilotcore. By booking after receiving a scope and fee confirmation, you accept these terms. Website information is general and does not create a client relationship or preserve a legal deadline.
Consultation service
The confirmation identifies the documents, meeting duration, follow-up, price, and exclusions. You must provide accurate dates and relevant materials. Our consultations offer structured employment guidance; they do not include court representation, filing, employer negotiation, tax advice, or any service reserved to another regulated profession unless expressly agreed in writing.
German dismissal claims are commonly subject to a three-week period after receipt. You remain responsible for obtaining urgent legal representation and meeting all court, authority, contract, and benefit deadlines.
Fees, appointments, and cancellation
Fees are due as stated in the booking confirmation. Rescheduling, cancellation, no-shows, and refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property and proper use
Site text, design, consultation frameworks, and written summaries belong to Byte Pilotcore or their identified licensors. You may retain and use materials supplied for your own employment matter. You may not republish, sell, scrape, or present them as professional advice to others.
Liability
We provide consultations with reasonable care based on the information made available. Employment outcomes depend on documents, evidence, third parties, authorities, and courts. No outcome, severance, reinstatement, or response time from another body is guaranteed. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable loss arising directly from breach of an agreed duty.

Governing law
